Hi I am Dr. Rowden and I want to thank you for visiting my web site. I am a board-certified family medicine physician with nearly 20 years experience including USAF, Residency Professor at USC, and private practice in New Zealand.  I even had the privilege of being a flight surgeon for the Space Shuttle.

In addition to allopathic medicine, I integrate a wide range of other health sciences including homeopathy, naturopathy, diet, bioidentical hormones, herbal medicine, functional medicine and integrative medicine.

My goal is to provide patients with a whole-person approach to their health and healing. You are important.

I provide care to individuals and entire families.

I limit the number of patients in my practice because I feel that it is important to give patients my full attention in non-rushed appointments.

As a solo practitioner, I am the only physician that my patients see during their appointments. When patients call my office after hours for an emergency, they will speak directly with me. This allows me to personally know all of my patients and be familiar with their individual health needs. This also helps to limit the waiting time of patients.
